1. Information we collect

  • Order email: used for completion notices, order retrieval, and sign-in codes.
  • Uploads and results: used to provide the generation service you purchased and let you view and download your creations.
  • Order and payment records: order number, amount, and payment receipts for fulfillment and reconciliation.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for guest identification and sign-in sessions. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
  • To prevent repeated free trial claims, we use an essential browser identifier and keyed hashes of IP and browser/operating system information.

2. How information is used

  • Your uploads are sent to our AI provider, Venice AI, for the requested generation. Under its privacy policy, the provider does not retain this data for training.
  • Email is used only for transaction notices and sign-in verification, never for bulk marketing or sale to third parties.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not handle or store your bank card or payment account information.

3. Storage and deletion

  • Uploads and results are kept in our storage so you can access them through your result link.
  • Uploaded images unused by any order for over 48 hours are automatically deleted.
  • Free trial network and browser information hashes are retained for 14 days. Account claim records and browser identifier hashes are retained to prevent repeat claims.
  • To delete an order’s uploads and creations, contact support with the order number. We will delete them after verification.

4. Information security

  • HTTPS encrypts traffic across the site. Result links use strong random tokens and are accessible only to those with the link.
  • Uploaded images are re-encoded on the server to remove EXIF, GPS, and other metadata.
  • Internal access follows least privilege. The admin area is protected by a separate session.

5. Your rights

Sign in with an email code to view your creations at any time. Contact support to access, correct, or delete personal information. Deleted results cannot be restored; back them up first.

6. Policy updates

Updates will be published here with a date. Significant changes will be prominently announced on the site.
