1. The service

Velvet Reverie (huanyu7.com, “the site”) provides AI image and video generation. Upload material, choose a template, and pay per creation to generate your work automatically. Results depend on input quality and template settings and may differ from previews.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity to use this site.
  • By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Content Guidelines.

3. Orders and fees

  • AI points are sold in bundles. You can buy again anytime and points add up; there is no auto-renewal. Points never expire after payment. Points are bound to the purchasing account; each image uses 2 points and each second of 720p video uses 2 points. System retries use no additional points. Contact support if generation fails. Price changes do not affect purchased points, which remain honored as promised at purchase.
  • The service charges per creation at the price shown when ordering. After payment, the order joins the generation queue immediately.
  • Unpaid orders expire after their time limit. Expired orders incur no charge.
  • Successful creations are generally non-refundable because computing resources have been consumed. If generation fails repeatedly, contact support for a refund or free rerun.
  • Guests can pay without registering. Keep your order number and result link to retrieve your creation.

4. Your commitments

  • You warrant that you have lawful rights to all uploaded material, whether your own photos or photos explicitly authorized by the depicted person.
  • Do not upload or generate illegal content. See the Content Guidelines for details.
  • Do not use generated content for fraud, defamation, harassment, or infringement of others’ rights.

5. Intellectual property and use

  • If your input material is lawful, you may use your creations personally. Assess the relevant rights and risks before commercial use.
  • Our templates, page designs, and prompt engineering are site assets and may not be copied or resold without permission.
  • AI creations may resemble real people or existing works. Do not misrepresent them as real events or authentic footage.

6. Service changes and liability

  • We may change templates, prices, and features. Changes do not affect orders already paid.
  • If force majeure or upstream model outages suspend service, we will restore it as soon as possible. Compensation for resulting losses is limited to the order amount.
  • We may refuse service to accounts or orders that violate these Terms and reserve the right to pursue liability.
