What is Velvet Reverie and how does it work?
Velvet Reverie is an AI image and video generation service: upload one portrait photo, pick a template, pay per generation with AI points, and the system produces a piece in that template's style. Results are AI-generated, depend on your photo quality and the template, and are not guaranteed to match the preview exactly.
Who can use it, and what photos are allowed?
Adults aged 18 or over only. Upload only photos of yourself, or photos whose subject has given explicit consent; photos of minors are never allowed. Use a clear, unobstructed front-facing photo.
How much does one generation cost?
AI points are sold in packs: each image costs 2 points and each second of 720p video costs 2 points, with bigger packs costing less per point; a single image bought alone is $1.00 USD. Points never expire, stack across purchases and never auto-renew.
Which payment methods are supported?
Pay in USD through a third-party checkout, or connect a crypto wallet; this site never touches or stores your card or payment account details. Generation is queued as soon as payment succeeds.
How long does generation take, and what if it fails?
Generation is queued right after payment and you get an email when it is done. Automatic retries never deduct points twice; if it still fails after several retries, contact support for a refund or a free re-run.
Can I get a refund?
Each generation consumes real compute, so successful generations are in principle non-refundable. If a generation fails and repeated retries do not succeed, contact support for a refund or a free re-run. Unpaid orders expire automatically and cost nothing.
Where do I see my results, and how can guests find them again?
Results open from a private result link that is also emailed to the order address. Guests can pay without registering, so keep your order number and result link; you can also enter the order number on the Order Retrieval page, or sign in with an email code and see every order for that address under Gallery & Orders.
How long are my photos kept, and are they used for training?
Uploads are sent to the AI model provider only for the requested generation, and under its privacy policy the provider does not retain them for training. Uploaded images not used in any order within 48 hours are deleted automatically, and EXIF/GPS metadata is stripped server-side. To delete the materials and results of a specific order, contact support with the order number.
Is there a free trial?
New users can generate 1 image for free after verifying their email; video is not included. The free image carries a translucent watermark, and the unwatermarked original unlocks once your first AI point purchase is credited. Necessary browser identifiers are recorded to prevent repeat claims.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and template names are available in 7 languages: 简体中文、English、Español、Português、Français、日本語、한국어. Switch at the top of the page.
Can I use the results commercially?
Provided your input photo is lawful, results are for your personal use; assess the rights risks yourself before any commercial use. Results are AI-synthesised images and must not be passed off as real photographs.
